We are pleased to host our annual Open House Nights at Jefferson Elementary School. As indicated on the District calendar, our K-1 Open House will occur on Monday, September 28, while Grades 2-4 will host their Open House on Tuesday, September 29. 

On your child’s Open House Night, your classroom teacher will explain the process for signing up for a parent/teacher conference.   Parents will be offered the option of coming to school for an in person conference or participating in a virtual conference, similar to last year.

Monday, September 28: Kindergarten, Grade 1, Special Area and Support Staff

• 5:15- 5:30 pm – Welcoming remarks with Mr. Gifford/Mrs. Rose, and Mrs. Gonzalez within the play area.

As we head into the months of October and November, please be reminded of our parent teacher conference dates, as well as a few other days when school will not be in session for students.

• October 2: Picture Day
• October 2:  Go home early drill (Students are dismissed 15 minutes early).
• October 9: Staff Development Day – No School
• October 12:  Columbus Day- No School
• October 22: 11:30 a.m. Dismissal for students. PM parent/teacher conferences
• October 28: No school for students. Full day parent/teacher conferences
• November 3: 11:30 am Dismissal for students.  PM parent/teacher conferences
• November 11: Veterans Day, No School
