Jefferson Open House Letter

Dear Jefferson Families,

We are pleased to host this year’s Open House Nights in person at Jefferson Elementary School. As indicated on the District calendar, our K-1 Open House will occur on September 26, while Grades 2-4 will host their Open House on September 27.

On your child’s Open House Night, your classroom teacher will explain the process for signing up for a parent/teacher conference. Parents and guardians will be offered the option of coming to school for an in-person conference or participating in a virtual conference, similar to last year.

Tuesday, September 26 Kindergarten, Grade 1, Special Area and Support Staff

5:15 to 5:30 p.m. – Welcoming remarks with Mr. Gifford and Ms. Ryan within the play area.
5:30 to 6:00 p.m. – Parents to meet with special area and/or support service personnel
6:00 to 6:30 p.m. – Kindergarten presentations within classrooms
6:35 to 7:05 p.m. – Grade 1 presentations within the classroom

We kindly ask that parents not arrive at classrooms until the assigned times. Please note that students should not attend Open House. Thank you!

Wednesday, October 18 – 11:30 a.m. Dismissal for students. PM Parent/Teacher Conferences
Monday, October 23 – 11:30 a.m. Dismissal for students. PM Parent/Teacher Conferences
Wednesday, November 1 – No school for students. Full day Parent/Teacher Conferences
