Dear Middle School Families,
The PIT (Partnership, Involvement, Teamwork) Team has been hard at work brainstorming and planning for upcoming activities bringing home and school together! Some of the events being planned for include:
- BINGO Night/Ice Cream Social
- Rollarama Skating Event
- Mohawks Baseball Game
The next PIT Crew Meeting will be Thursday, January 11 at 5:30 p.m. in the Middle School Library. All are welcome to attend in person! You can also watch through this Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/urk-hgcy-zsm?hs=122&authuser=0
The first event will be the BINGO Night/Ice Cream Social planned for Friday, February 9. If you are interested in being part of the planning, please contact Melanie Lawrence at alwaysinfocusny@gmail.com
The PIT Crew has also partnered with Sabre Nation to make Spirit Week not only an event for school but for families at home as well. Please join in the fun, dress in your Spirit Wear on the days below, and send photos of your family fun to pitcrewphotos@schalmont.net. Family and school images will be posted and shared out on the PIT Crew Website link for all to enjoy, with prizes being awarded for most festive!

- Monday: A Long Winter’s Nap – Dress Cozy!
- Tuesday: Holiday Hair-do – Rock your Favorite Holiday Hair Style!
- Wednesday: Sweater Weather- Dress in your Favorite Festive Sweater!
- Thursday: Be Bright and Shine – Wear Bright/Neon Apparel!
- Friday: Flannel Friday- Wear Flannel!
