Schalmont 5th graders celebrated the 1,000 day of school Tuesday with a 1,000 link paper chain representing each of their school days from the first day of kindergarten to the 100th day of school this year!
Students gathered in the hallway at the end of the school day to hold the chain and see how far it would stretch. Great job!
