- Assistant Superintendent for Business Joseph Karas presented a preliminary update on the 2021-2022 budget. Mr. Karas explained that school districts are awaiting state aid projections before they can develop detailed budget plans but the budget process starts with cost estimates of providing the same program as this year. A presentation is available here.
- Superintendent Dr. Thomas Reardon gave a COVID-19 testing update noting that the school district is well prepared to start rapid testing if New York State mandates it. We will keep our district updated of any developments.
- The Board of Education approved district policies as part of an ongoing review to ensure policies are up-to-date. The updated policies are available here.
The next Board of Education meeting will be Monday, January 25 at 7:00 p.m. We will share details about how the public can join virtually closer to the meeting date.
