Halloween Science Fun in 2nd Grade

Second graders in Ms. Mankuski’s class had fun conducting a Halloween-themed science experiment last week when they used candy pumpkins and different liquids to see which dissolved the quickest. Great job!

Sixth Graders Study Erosion

  Sixth grade students enjoyed a hands-on science lab recently that helped them learn about erosion Students in Ms. Kramer’s class were provided different materials and challenged to design a way to slow down or stop erosion when water was poured on top. Great job!

Seniors Selected as All-State Chorus Alternates

Congratulations to Schalmont seniors Weston Carter and Josie Teagle who have been selected as alternates for the 2022 NYS Music Association All-State Mixed Chorus! Weston and Josie were selected after receiving near perfect scores at the association’s Solo Festival last spring. Great job!
