First graders made a trip to Schalmont High School last week for one of our favorite collaborative art projects, My Favorite Stuffie!
Earlier this year, Mrs. LeRoy and Miss Pink’s classes created drawings of their favorite stuffies. High School Sculpture students then made sculptures based on the student drawings.
“You’ll get to see sculptures that our High School students made based on your amazing drawings,” High School Art Teacher Mrs. Mulkerrin told students as they gathered together last week.
After receiving their sculptures, older and younger students then spent time bonding as they colored special gift bags for the stuffie sculptures.
Thank you to everyone involved for creating such a special project for our students! #sabrepride
