Food Services Staff Are Now Certified Cooks

Congratulations to Schalmont’s Food Services team of Tammy Waring, Karen Gliot and Debbie Mastroianni who are now New York State-certified cooks!

The three attended the NYS Education Department’s Professional Cooking Course at the Madison-Oneida BOCES this summer where master instructors helped them further enhance their food preparation skills. Congratulations!
