Boys & Girls Club Afterschool Program Info

The Rotterdam Boys & Girls Club will begin its afterschool program Monday, September 25. Their program is open to students ages 6 to 18 years old. Sabre Nation Welcomes JES Students

Grade 4 Welcomes Preschool Buddies

Mrs. Hughes’ 4th grade class welcomed friends from the Our Lady Queen of Peace preschool class last Tuesday as part of a long-standing buddy program. Students paired up on the playground and enjoyed swinging, sliding and playing games. Great job! More photos

Police Provide Helmets to 1st Graders

The Rotterdam Police Department helped keep Jefferson Elementary students safe this week by providing bicycle helmets to all of our 1st graders. Each spring, police officers visit the school to provide free bicycle helmets that were purchased by the Rotterdam Police Department Police Benevolent Association.
