Schalmont High School would like to share with our families a Student Opt-Out Form for Release of Info to Military and Colleges.

High Schools are required to release student information such as name, address and telephone number to military recruiters or colleges and universities that request the information.

However, if you would prefer we do not release this information, families can fill out the form and return it to the High School Main Office. Thank you.
