Schalmont’s Physics classes and National Science Honor Society students enjoyed an afternoon of fun and applied science at Six Flags Great Adventure park!

Students visited the park where they focused on the mechanics of motion by analyzing velocity, acceleration, and kinematics from the park’s wildest drops and turns.

“It was an unforgettable day of real-world data collection and hands-on learning, proving that mastering science is even better at 60 mph!” said Teacher Mrs. Baird.

Great job, Sabres! #sabrepride
