Dear Schalmont Families,

Our Graduation ceremony is quickly approaching and we are very excited to celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2025. Please review the following important information to help you prepare for the event.

Graduation Rehearsal

Date: Thursday, June 26
Time: 12:00 p.m.
Location: Gym 1
Seniors should report directly to Gym 1 for the start of rehearsal.

Graduation Ceremony

Date: Friday, June 27
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: Schalmont High School – Stadium Field
Field Seating Opens: 5:00 p.m.
Please note: Pets are not permitted on the football field during the ceremony.

Rain Date

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be rescheduled to:
Saturday, June 28 at 11:00 a.m.

Guest Arrival & Parking

Upon arrival, Schalmont staff will guide graduates and guests to available parking. We will begin parking in the main High School lot and District Office lot, followed by the Transportation and Middle School lots. Shuttle buses will run between these lots and the stadium.

Accessible Parking: Reserved spaces for guests who have disabilities are located in the Athletic Field lot over the bridge, closest to the stadium entrance.

Graduate Arrival

Graduates should arrive by 5:15 p.m. and report to Gym 1.

Students driving or riding with family should park and walk or take the shuttle to the high school entrance.

Field Seating & Tickets

Guests with field seating tickets may enter the field beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Tickets will be checked at the entrance — only ticketed guests will be allowed on the field.

Overflow Seating

Additional seating is available in the bleachers and along the perimeter of the stadium field fence.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle buses will run before and after the ceremony from the Transportation and Middle School lots to the stadium.

Ceremony Etiquette

Commencement is a formal event. We ask that guests refrain from bringing or using noisemakers, air horns, beach balls, or any other items that may cause distractions or disruptions during the ceremony.

Diploma Pick-Up

Graduates can collect their diplomas at the diploma table located near the entrance to Athletic fields by the rear circle and Gym 1.
