Culinary Class Enjoys Field Trip

High School students in Ms. Hanson’s Culinary classes took a field trip to Nicole’s Catering in Albany this month where they toured the facility and learned about the operations and inner workings of the business.

Students even enjoyed a demonstration from their Executive Chef on fresh mozzarella, bruschetta and marinara sauce, even creating their own fresh bruschetta using the tools and tricks they learned!
