Students Share Careers That Interest Them

Schalmont High School students shared careers that interest them last week during the Spring Career Fair as part of their Career and Financial Management class.

Professionals from around the community were once again able to join the event, after health and safety precautions prevented them from attending the fall event. Faculty, staff and administrators also visited to talk with students.

Students shared details they learned from researching their careers, including how much education is required, what a typical salary is, and what the day-to-day work is like. When asked why they were interested in their careers, students often spoke passionately about their interests.

Great job and thank you to the professionals from the community who took time to speak with our students!
