Schalmont Middle and High School students participated in the Students Together Opposing Prejudice (STOP) Conference last week, an event at Siena College celebrating the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.

Students from across upstate New York attended the conference where they participated in large and small group activities, workshops, and discussions about tolerance and respect. The annual event aims to help make schools more accepting as students return to their schools to share what they learned.

Great job!
