Changes to last days of school schedule

Please be advised that the last day of school for students has changed.  The district still has unused snow days which provides the opportunity for one less pupil day and still meets the State Education Department’s requirement of 180 days.

Given the fact that the cost of diesel fuel is extremely high, and the district would need to use 1200 miles to bring the elementary students to school, it is decided that June 26, 2019 will be a non-pupil day.

Please refer to the following schedule for the last days of school in June:

Thursday, June 20

  • Regular full day of school for all students in grades K-5
  • Grades 6-8 dismissed at 10:10 AM

Friday, June 21

  • Regular full day of school for all students in grades K-5
  • Grades 6-8 dismissed at 10:10 AM

Monday, June 24

  • Grades K-4 will be dismissed at 11:30 AM
  • Grade 5-8 will be dismissed at 10:10 AM

Tuesday, June 25

  • LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
  • Grades K-4 will be dismissed at 11:30 AM
  • Grade 5-8 will be dismissed at 10:10 AM
