    Continuum of Services - Specialized Reading Instruction
Students with significant difficulty acquiring reading skills may require specialized reading instruction. Several special education and academic intervention service (AIS) teachers in the district have been trained in the Wilson Reading System. This program provides a systematic, research-based reading and writing program to students who experience great difficulty mastering the coding system for reading and spelling.
