Several Schalmont alumni have created an independent alumni Website, http://schalmont.alumniclass.com, to help alumni stay in contact with each other. Please note that the Website is not run or maintained by Schalmont Central School District, so the district is not responsible for any content on the site.
Schalmont Central School District understands how important it is to stay in touch with former classmates and keep high school memories alive. The district will gladly help spread the word about upcoming class reunions by posting reunion information on the district Web site. The Class of 1966 is planning its 50th reunion to be held on Saturday, September 24 at the Elks Club in Rotterdam. Schalmont High School teacher Margaret Symons has letters that graduating seniors wrote to their future selves for the following classes: 1983, 1984, 1986, 1987 (only one, Shannon B.), 1989, 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994 (with video), 1995, 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000 (only 3 - Amy B., Jen S., Shana K.), 2002 (with video), and 2003.
