 The
Business Education Department would like to congratulate
senior Jasyn DeHart for being recognized as the 2009-10
Outstanding Business Education Student. He received this
honor not only for his academic achievement, but also
for his outstanding citizenship and positive attitude.
Jasyn, his mother, Lisa
DeHart, and teacher, Mrs. Haringa, recently attended an
awards dinner at the Turf Inn along with students from
39 area schools. Jasyn was recognized as an outstanding
business student. The event was sponsored by the
Business and Marketing Educator's Association of the
Capital District (BMEA), the Adirondack Business
Educations Association, Capital Communications Federal
Credit Union, School Systems Federal Credit Union, and
NYSUT.

Jasyn, who is pictured at right with Richard Heim,
president of BMEA.
