*Statement of purpose
What relationship or topic is being investigated?
*Statement of hypothesis
What is the data expected to show, prove, or disprove?
*Materials and methods
What equipment was used?
What data was collected?
How was the equipment used to collect data?
How often was data collected?
At what time/s of day was data collected?
Where exactly was data collected (be specific)
For how many weeks or days was data collected?
How was the data analyzed (for instance, did you make a line graph, pie chart, poster, etc)
*Evaluation of data
What did the data show, prove or disprove?
Did the result prove or disprove your hypothesis and HOW do you know?
Describe how your study could have been improved or enhanced.
Anticipate what a longer study of the topic would have shown if data were collected in the future over an entire year.
What new questions does your study raise about the topic (you must include at least one question)?
