August 25, 2011—Whether you're interested in brushing up on your computer skills, improving your finances or finding a new and enjoyable hobby, Schalmont Central School District's Adult Education program has something for you.

More than 50 fun and interactive courses will be offered this fall, including a variety of classes for cooking, stamping and exercise enthusiasts. A day trip to the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail has also been scheduled.

For a complete list of courses, download the Fall 2011 Adult Education Program Guide/Registration Form (PDF), which is now available online. Hard copies will be mailed to district residents in early September.

Printed Guide Corrections:

  • Bootcamp Challenge - The cost is $143 for residents and returning recruits, and $167 for new recruits. The price is incorrectly listed in the printed guide; it has been updated in the online version.

  • Creating the Life You Want - The course will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 1. The day of the week is incorrectly listed in the printed guide; it has been updated in the online version.

All registration forms must be submitted by mail except for those identified in the course listing. You must register for all programs even though there may be no cost attached to a course.

Classes start in October. Registration will occur on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to register early.
