2010-11 sports season to kick off September 3 

photo of student playing soccerAugust 23, 2010—Students, parents and community members are invited to help cheer on Schalmont student-athletes as they kick off the 2010-11 sports season.

The activities will begin on Friday, Sept. 3, with the boys varsity/junior varsity soccer teams competing in the Capitol Cup versus Stillwater. The tournament will be held at home beginning at 7 p.m. The competition runs through Saturday, Sept. 4. 

Also on Friday, the boys varsity football team will compete against Cohoes at Union College at 7 p.m. (Please note the change in location from the printed district calendar).
