Before and after-school program to be held at Jefferson

April 1, 2011—The Schenectady YMCA will host a before and after-school program, open to students in kindergarten through fifth-grade, at Jefferson Elementary School this year.

In addition to providing homework assistance, students may choose to participate in a variety of activities involving science, mathematics, technology, recreation and reading.

  • Morning Program
    7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

  • Afternoon Program
    3:15 to 6 p.m.

To enroll, participants must be members of the Capital District YMCA or enroll in a program membership. Full-time and part-time registration is available.   

Summer 2011
The Schenenctady YMCA also offers summer day camps at the Turchi Family Center in Niskayuna and Bradt Elementary School on Hamburg Street.
