Schenectady County Public Health Services will
offer the H1N1 vaccine to county residents who fall within
certain target groups and who are between the ages of 3 and 64
years old on Saturday, Dec. 12, at
Pinewood Intermediate School, 901 Kings Rd., Schenectady.
The
target groups, according to the CDC, include the following:
- Pregnant women
- People who live with or care for children
younger than 6 months of age (NOTE: At this clinic, SCPHS
will only offer vaccines to those who are between the ages
of 3 and 64 years old)
- Healthcare and emergency medical services
personnel
- Persons between the ages of 6 months and
24 years old
- People between the ages of 25 through 64
years old who have chronic health disorders or compromised
immune systems

You must schedule an appointment to receive the vaccine. No
walk-ins will be accepted.
