Free and
Reduced Price Meals
Schalmont Central School District
offers healthy meals every school day, including lunch and
breakfast at all schools. Children from households that meet
federal income guidelines are eligible for free or reduced price
meals. Click here to

To apply for free or reduced price meals, submit a Direct
Certification letter from the New York State Office of Temporary
and Disability Assistance OR complete the
Free and Reduced Lunch
Application, sign it, and return it to the school as soon as
possible.
*** Please
note that there was a typo in the prices printed in the cover
letter for the Free and Reduced Lunch Application mailed to
Schalmont parents in August 2007. The cost of 20 regularly
priced lunches at elementary schools is $28.00, and the cost of
20 regularly priced lunches at the middle and high schools is
$33.00. Parents will be notified of this error in all
school newsletters. ***
