Denise Pendt is serving her fourth term on the board.

She is a Program Manager CMS integrator Quality - Black Belt at General Electric, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Siena College.

She is active in the OLA Church and the GE Women's Network. Pendt is involved with Schalmont athletics and is a member of the GE Elfun and GE Quarter Century Club. She has also received a service award for volunteering time at Rotterdam Girls' Softball League.
